Effective Customer Service

Description

 This comprehensive course prepares students for success in today’s workplace
by focusing on key interpersonal and professional skills. Through interactive
modules, role-play, and personality profiling, students will gain valuable
insights into their communication style and learn how to adapt to various
workplace scenarios. The course covers five core areas:  

  • Customer
    Service (with Role-Play and Communication Techniques)-
    Learn
    how to deliver exceptional customer service by understanding different
    communication styles and using actionable techniques to enhance customer
    satisfaction. Role-play scenarios will help students handle difficult
    customers, use appropriate language, and create a positive experience in
    diverse interactions. 
  • Work-Life
    Skills -
    Develop essential workplace habits,
    including punctuality, understanding corporate terminology, and navigating
    sensitive issues like sexual harassment. This module emphasizes building
    respect and adaptability within any organizational culture, providing practical
    techniques to balance professionalism with approachability. 
  • Confidence
    Building (with Public Speaking and Personality Profiling) -
    Boost
    self-confidence by understanding your personality type and its impact on
    public speaking, idea sharing, and professional presence. This module
    includes exercises in posture, body language, and verbal expression,
    helping students learn how to present themselves effectively and
    assertively in any setting. 
  • Competence
    and Time Management -
    Focus on proficiency and
    efficiency by mastering time management, goal setting, and
    self-motivation. Learn how to leverage your strengths, stay organized, and
    complete tasks effectively. This module addresses competence as both skill
    mastery and continuous self-improvement. 

Outcome: 

Upon completing this course, students will have a well-rounded foundation in
professional skills, with a deeper understanding of their personality traits
and a toolkit of communication techniques that can be applied to any workplace.
They’ll be foundationally equipped to navigate interpersonal relationships,
present confidently, and make ethically sound decisions in diverse professional
environments. Using real-life case studies, students will explore ethical
decision-making, personal values, and their impact on professional
relationships, preparing them to make thoughtful choices in complex situations.
