What You'll Do
Depending on your experience level, you'll have the opportunity to:
Perform quality collision repairs according to industry and safety standards
Diagnose vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair procedures
Remove, repair, and replace damaged vehicle components
Assist with teardown and reassembly
Perform structural and non-structural repairs as applicable
Work alongside body technicians, painters, estimators, and the rest of the Collision Center team
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Learn and follow proper repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Take pride in delivering repairs that meet our high standards for quality

If you have automotive experience, mechanical ability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn, we may be able to help you build a career in the collision industry.
As an Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to:
Learn from experienced Collision Center Technicians
Develop hands-on repair skills
Learn proper tools, equipment, and repair procedures
Build knowledge of collision repair processes
Gain experience in a professional shop environment
Grow your skills and responsibilities as you progress
We're looking for the right person—not necessarily someone who already knows everything.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Technicians:
Previous collision repair experience preferred
Strong understanding of automotive repair
Ability to diagnose damage and perform quality repairs
Attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality
Apprentice Candidates:
Automotive, mechanical, or technical experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and accept direction
Strong work ethic and dependability
Positive attitude and team mindset
Attention to detail
Desire to build a long-term career
I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
