Overview Responsibilities Performs a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for perioperative patients under the direction of the supervising certified Surgical Technologist or RN. Prepares patient skin for surgery in accordance with Infirmary Health's standards. Positions patients according to type of surgery. Maintains aseptic techniques. Cleans, prepares, stores, distributes, and maintains various supplies, equipment, and instruments to assure efficiency operation and patient safety in the operating room.
