Description
Lead Residential Comfort Systems Installer
Employer: Maitz Home Services
A day in your boots
You roll out with a fully stocked truck and a clear plan. Morning starts with a pre-job walkthrough, confirming load calculations, verifying materials, and setting safety barriers. By midday, you and your apprentice are placing equipment, brazing lines, pulling vacuum, and bringing a new high-efficiency system to life. Before you leave, you commission the system, walk the homeowner through operation and maintenance, and leave the site cleaner than you found it. Every step reflects craftsmanship, code compliance, and pride.
What you'll tackle
Install residential HVAC equipment, accessories, and duct components with precision
Deliver code-compliant, safe, and high-quality installations from start to finish
Keep an orderly, professional jobsite and finalize accurate documentation
Educate homeowners on system operation, warranties, and maintenance
Collaborate clearly with customers, dispatch, and teammates
