Home Comfort Experts, is looking for a best in class Plumbing Service Technician to join our Plumbing Service team! Due to our expansive growth we are looking for a Licensed Service Plumber in the Mishawaka and Fort Wayne area. Our Licensed Service Plumbers are provided with take-home vehicles stocked with company provided tools, parts, & paid uniforms. Home Comfort Experts also provides free CEU's, and technicians receive a company issued cell phone and tablet. Pay Range: $18-$30/hr *Plumbers dispatched from home daily and are not required to meet at shop Responsibilities: Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls. Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
