You will be personally trained and mentored by Chrissy Flipp, Founder of Hair Loss Solutions, Triple-Certified Master Hair Restoration Stylist and Certified Trichologist with over 24 years of industry experience. No previous hair restoration experience is required. We are looking for the right person to train, mentor and grow with our company. What You'll Learn Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will learn: Non-surgical hair replacement systems for men and women Hair system applications, removals and maintenance Cutting, coloring, blending and customizing hair systems Techniques for creating natural, undetectable results Hair loss and scalp health fundamentals One-on-one hair loss consultations Client education and long-term hair restoration maintenance Hair loss products and treatment options Professional client care specific to individuals experiencing hair loss Responsibilities As you progress through your training, you will: Assist with hair restoration appointments Work directly with clients under supervision while developing your skills Maintain clean and sanitized workstations, tools and equipment Help educate clients about appropriate hair and scalp care products Learn Vagaro for scheduling and client management Provide a professional, compassionate and exceptional client experience Participate in ongoing hands-on education and mentoring Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: A licensed cosmetologist or barber, or currently completing an approved cosmetology/barbering program Confident in basic cutting, coloring and styling techniques Compassionate and comfortable working one-on-one with clients Professional, dependable and detail-oriented An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills Eager to learn and receptive to hands-on training and mentorship Interested in developing a highly specialized skill set Looking for a long-term career and growth opportunity , not simply another salon job Hair Restoration Experience Is NOT Required — We Will Train the Right Person.
