Job Responsibilities - Run low-voltage wiring, drill holes, install conduits, mount fire alarm panels, pull stations, and smoke detectors under supervision. Learn programming of various Fire Alarm System types and manufacturers. Assist technicians with the installation, testing, inspection, and repair of commercial and residential Fire Alarm Systems. Attend job site and safety meetings as required. Must adhere to jobsite safety and policies at all times. Job Requirements - Ability to meet requirements for acceptance into an apprenticeship program that will require completion of on-the-job training and classroom instruction. Ability to pass math aptitude test for trade apprenticeship program.
