What We're Looking For Professional, clean-cut, and well-presented Well-spoken and comfortable interacting with customers in their homes Dependable and willing to learn Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands Good communication and customer-service skills Must be able to pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred "#IND456" Position Details Starting Pay: $18.00/hour Training Period: Approximately 6 months as an Appliance Service Helper During training, you will work alongside experienced technicians and learn appliance troubleshooting, repair, tools, parts, and customer service. After approximately 6 months, performance and aptitude will be evaluated to determine whether you continue as a Helper or advance into a Technician role. Technicians are paid on a commission-based compensation structure . A successful technician can have the opportunity to earn approximately $75,000 during their first full year as a technician , based on performance and workload. Why Join Us?
