Requirements What You'll Do As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in keeping industrial equipment operating at peak performance by: Installing, dismantling, repairing, and rebuilding industrial machinery Troubleshooting mechanical and alignment-related issues Performing preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Making precision mechanical adjustments and alignments Supporting machinery installations and plant projects Working directly with customers to deliver technical solutions Traveling throughout the Northeast and occasionally across the U.S. Every project is different.
