What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues Present repair and installation options to homeowners Perform high-quality plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the service process Maintain a professional appearance and work environment Mentor and support Apprentice Plumbers Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code standards Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of residential plumbing experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and customer-friendly manner Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience Schedule This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that includes on-call responsibilities.
