Nails & Lash Standards: Short, well-groomed natural nails (neutral or red polish tones only; no extensions/acrylics); clean, natural lash styles. Compensation & Estimated Earnings Examples Our compensation structure combines a guaranteed $9.25/hr base wage for all clocked-in time (including setup, client service, sanitation, laundry, and administrative downtime) with an 8% service commission on completed treatments, plus 100% of your tips.
