Monitors, maintains, repairs, performs preventive maintenance, documents, and responds to service/repair requests within area assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.  Must have minimal knowledge of plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, general maintenance.  Occupationally significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, in-plant training and/or on-the-job training preferred.
