Apprentices who meet or exceed all academic and on-the-job training requirements are eligible for quarterly wage increases of $0.50 per hour throughout the program. Upon successful completion of all apprenticeship standards, including academic coursework and on-the-job training, within the established program timeline, apprentices will achieve a final wage rate of $18.00 per hour . Wage increases are contingent upon satisfactory progress and performance as outlined in the apprenticeship program requirements. Incentive Compensation: • Positions not eligible for commission may be eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Bonus opportunities are based on role level and are subject to individual and company performance. Any bonus is not guaranteed and is governed by the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
