What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Express Maintenance & Services: Execute fast, high-quality oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, filter replacements, and battery installations. Multi-Point Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle health checks, accurately diagnosing potential maintenance needs to keep our guests safe on the road. Shop & Equipment Operations: Maintain clean, safe work bays while using state-of-the-art lifts, diagnostic equipment, and express service machinery. Efficiency & Precision: Ensure all factory specs and service bulletins are followed with high attention to detail to ensure first-time job accuracy. Team Collaboration: Work directly with Service Advisors and Master Technicians to deliver transparent, quick turnarounds for our customers. Lot Attendants : Work with the sales and service teams to ensure the vehicle inventory is clean and lot is attended to. Vehicle start, run, and function correctly. Take photos and use software to update our inventory. What We're Looking For (Requirements): Technical Mindset & Drive: Basic automotive maintenance experience or technical school training preferred—but the right attitude, mechanical aptitude, and eagerness to learn matter most! Attention to Detail & Speed: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment without sacrificing work quality or safety. Positive Energy & Strong Ethics: An upbeat, team-first attitude with solid communication skills and a strong work ethic.
