What You'll Do: Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water distribution, wastewater disposal, fixtures, and piping. Help locate and mark positions for connections, install supports/hangers, assemble valves, and conduct rigorous leak testing on all systems. Ensure all work is properly sized, aligned, and graded according to local building codes and environmental protection standards. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, manage inventory levels, and ensure all project paperwork is completed accurately. Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, management, and the installation team to ensure project deadlines are met. Represent the company by adhering to high service standards and actively participating in training, morning meetings, and trade events. What You Bring: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the service and repair of plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Apprentice-level proficiency with a solid grasp of local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them in real-time on the job. A personable professional who can stay calm under pressure, diffuse "messy" situations, and find creative solutions. Strong verbal and written skills for clear interaction with the team and clients. High-integrity individual with a growth mindset—dedicated to continuous improvement and personal excellence. Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable record and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
