We are seeking a qualified and dependable Apprentice Collision Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the repair process by assisting with vehicle disassembly, parts handling, and reassembly while learning the skills and standards required to grow in collision repair. Location: Anchorage, AK 99501 Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. What You'll Do Assist with vehicle teardown and reassembly under supervision Label, organize, and store parts carefully and accurately Review repair plans and help identify listed and unlisted damage Inspect components for repair or replacement needs Communicate additional repair or parts needs to the team Reassemble vehicles according to manufacturer standards and shop procedures Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas safely and cleanly Follow safety protocols and support shop efficiency Help with other shop tasks as assigned What You'll Bring Valid Alaska driver license with an acceptable driving record[KK2] Working knowledge of automotive tools Teardown/reassembly experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions when needed Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy shop environment I-CAR, ASE, and manufacturer certifications are a plus What's in it for you?
