Responsibilities Pick up and deliver materials and supplies Keep jobsites clean, organized, and protected Assist with demolition, preparation, and basic remodeling tasks Support project managers, tradespeople, and subcontractors Care for company tools and customers' homes Follow jobsite safety procedures Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Takes initiative without needing constant direction Willing to learn and accept instruction Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation Able to lift and carry construction materials Construction experience is helpful but not required Compensation and Benefits $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience Full-time employment Fuel and approved business-mileage reimbursement Annual paid time off 90-day introductory/probationary period Performance reviews every six months for increased responsibility and potential pay increases Opportunity to advance into skilled remodeling and project-management roles To apply, send us a brief work history and tell us why you are interested in learning the remodeling trade.
