Our apprentices work alongside master stylists serving an affluent, discerning clientele, and they earn their place through care for every detail, from a perfectly organized salon to a flawless service. MONDAY IS YOUR EDUCATION DAY Paid, structured training where our senior stylists teach the techniques that built their careers. You will progress through 9 certification levels, from blowouts to advanced balayage. Each level brings increased earnings and deeper trust from the team. TRANSPARENT CAREER PROGRESSION Starting pay of $17.50 per hour, with a raise for every service you are approved to perform A documented path from apprentice to junior stylist to stylist Clear earning potential of $30K, $60K, then $100K+ as you build your clientele WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES You will keep the salon running at a high standard: cleaning, laundry, and organizing. You will shampoo and blow dry for double-booked stylists, and observe whenever you can. The stylists mentoring you built their careers on this same foundation, and they invest most in those who show the same commitment.
