This is an opportunity for a dependable, mechanically inclined person to learn a high-value trade alongside experienced residential plumbing professionals. You do not need previous plumbing experience. You do need the work ethic, humility, and consistency to show up ready to learn every day. What You'll Do Work alongside experienced plumbers on residential service calls, repairs, diagnostics, and installations. Help prepare work areas, protect customers' homes, organize materials, and keep jobs moving safely and professionally. Learn plumbing tools, parts, safety practices, customer communication, and the fundamentals of diagnosing and solving home plumbing problems. Take direction, ask smart questions, and steadily build the skills needed for a long-term plumbing career. What We're Looking For Dependable, coachable, and mechanically inclined. Comfortable working in Arizona heat, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working with hand tools. Respectful communicator with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a driving record that meets employer standards. Able to pass a background check and drug screen. Construction, warehouse, automotive, maintenance, or trade-school experience is helpful, but not required. Pay, Schedule, and Benefits $16.00-$20.00 per hour to start, based on experience and fit. Full-time Monday-Friday work; expected hours are 40 per week, with opportunities for additional hours as needed. Paid hands-on and on-the-job training with experienced mentors.
