This brand offers a direct career path toward master technician training upon completion of apprenticeship with AAG. Unlike entry level apprenticeship with AAG, candidates pursuing this route will require some hands on experience or education. High School automotive training program / CTE courses in Automotive Technology ASE certification (A1 / G1 - It is okay if you have not met work requirements) Oil, tire, or lube experience in a retail customer service environment Military training or certifications **Ask about GI Benefits available** College, Job Corps, or OEM automotive training program What is Apprenticeship with AAG? This apprenticeship is a fully sponsored, tuition-free, paid apprenticeship that will help individuals fast track through ASE certification, earn a Department of Labor Industry recognized qualification, and begin their career path with a high performance automotive brand. Apprentices will work full time, complete course and ASE prep work online, and attend classes relevant to their growth on the job. AAG will provide a career mentor to make sure you have the support needed to make it over the finish line and purse your next step toward Master technician. To qualify: You must display professional communication and provide at least two professional references Be a team player and have a willingness to learn Have some technical / mechanical skills or abilities (or can pass an aptitude test) Must be career minded.
