START WITH DISASSEMBLY Your introduction to collision repair will focus on vehicle disassembly — learning how vehicles are built, identifying collision damage, organizing parts and working with our technicians and estimators to develop a complete repair plan. From there, we'll teach you the collision repair process and help you develop into a valuable member of our production team.
