We're looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our residential water treatment team. We welcome experienced water treatment technicians, applicants with plumbing or mechanical knowledge, and motivated apprentices. Whether you're already comfortable installing and servicing equipment or looking to build your skills, we want to hear from you. You'll help homeowners improve their water while building a career in a skilled trade. Apprentices receive paid, hands-on training alongside experienced technicians. Experienced applicants can put their skills to work with responsibilities matched to their abilities. What You'll Do Install, service, and maintain residential water treatment systems, independently or alongside a technician based on your experience. Assist with diagnosing equipment problems and completing repairs. Travel to residential job sites throughout the workday. Safely use tools and handle equipment and materials. Keep work areas clean and organized. Explain completed work to customers and provide professional, courteous service. Learn our equipment, installation methods, and service procedures. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands. Basic familiarity with hand and power tools. Ability to follow directions, solve problems, and work well with others. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on installation and service work. Experience with water treatment systems, plumbing, well pumps, water heaters, maintenance, or mechanical repairs is a plus. Direct water treatment experience is not required for apprentice applicants.
