Our work in diagnosing and repairing pool pumps, motors, heaters, automation systems, filters, and salt systems allows us to provide valuable service to our customers. In this role, you will learn to work with pool equipment systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our clients. Duties Assist to troubleshoot pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment to identify issues promptly. Assist in performing repairs on pool equipment using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all systems operate efficiently. Travel responsibly to transport tools, equipment, and parts to various job sites. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly and explaining maintenance procedures effectively. Document all work performed thoroughly in service reports Skills Strong mechanical capabilities with experience in repairing pool equipment and systems, or equivalent Proficiency in pool plumbing systems Hands-on experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, equipment repair, and troubleshooting. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Outdoor work experience with the ability to work in varying weather conditions confidently.
