Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Build the campus training program and run the apprenticeship pipeline with local schools and trade programs. What you'll do: Develop role-based training curricula and qualification cards Run the critical facilities apprenticeship program Partner with local career-technical schools and colleges Track training compliance and records Coordinate OEM and vendor training What you'll bring: 3+ years in technical training, workforce development, or education Experience with apprenticeship or CTE partnerships valued Strong program organization skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.
