Description
Water Treatment dealer in the Alaska Kenai Peninsula is currently seeking an individual experienced in a customer-focused position as an apprentice to train in installation of water treatment equipment in residential homes and perform simple service calls. Must have a clean driving record, be dependable, trust-worthy, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Safe operation of company vehicle
Follow established safety procedures
Complete service orders daily
Install residential water treatment equipment, identify malfunctions, and resolve issues accordingly
Provide schedule maintenance on water treatment equipment
Identify additional services that may be required and present all options to the customer
Represent our company through direct interaction with customers. Communicate the status of equipment with customers and provide solutions
Collect payment upon completion of services. Assist in collection of past due receivables
Complete basic installation and removal of water treatment equipment
Accurately complete daily paperwork and service orders
Complete general facility duties as assigned
Must abide by all company policies
Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for water treatment equipment using hand or power tools
Installation Technician Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of the city area where you will be working
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Appropriate, valid driver's license
Essential Functions:
Qualified candidates must have the ability to lift 80 pounds
Drive for extended periods (2-3 hours)
Kneel/bend for extended periods of time
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and therefore could be exposed to a variety of elements.
