Position Overview D&C Alabama Landscape, Inc. is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an entry-level to early-experience role designed for individuals who want to build a career in the landscape industry. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Assist Crew Leader with mowing, edging, blowing, and trimming Learn proper shrub pruning and plant care techniques Help load and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment Follow safety procedures and company standards Maintain clean, organized job sites Work efficiently as part of a 2-3 person crew Requirements Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work outdoors in Alabama heat Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license preferred (not required, but a plus) Positive, team-oriented attitude Compensation & Growth $16-$18 per hour based on experience Skill-based raises Leadership training for advancement into Crew Leader role Year-round work Long-term growth opportunity in a growing company About D&C Alabama Landscape, Inc.
