Job Overview AGIIINCY is seeking ambitious, creative, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing agency as AGIIINCY Apprentices . Work directly with our founder to develop skills in talent management, business development, fashion, media production, marketing, and artificial intelligence. Our mission is to discover talent, develop potential, and create meaningful professional opportunities. Compensation & Career Development Our apprenticeship is designed around a three-month (one-quarter) introductory development period. During this period, apprentices will receive mentorship, professional training, and opportunities to earn commissions through eligible sales, client acquisitions, talent bookings, and business development activities. After successfully completing the 90-day introductory period, apprentices transition to an hourly compensation structure. The program is structured as follows: Quarter 1 — Apprenticeship & Initiation Hands-on professional training and mentorship. Introduction to agency operations and business development. Commission opportunities tied to measurable results. Development of an individual professional portfolio. Evaluation for advancement into an hourly position. Quarter 2 — Professional Advancement Transition to an hourly compensation structure upon successful completion of initiation. Expanded departmental responsibilities. Opportunities for continued commission earnings. Professional development and leadership opportunities. Important compensation clarification: For a for-profit company, calling a position an internship or apprenticeship does not automatically exempt it from minimum-wage and overtime requirements. Commission-only compensation during the first 90 days is permissible only where applicable law allows it. Otherwise, the company must provide legally required wages from the start, with commissions available as additional compensation. The hourly rate, commission terms, and advancement criteria should be communicated in writing before employment begins. Responsibilities Assist with talent discovery, recruitment, and representation. Identify potential clients, sponsors, and business partnerships. Support AVANTI editorial, fashion, and creative productions. Participate in marketing, communications, and public relations. Explore AI tools and creative technology. Coordinate projects, meetings, and agency operations. Develop entrepreneurial skills through real-world assignments.
