This is a build-your-trade seat: the tech performs preventive maintenance, basic mechanical and electrical repairs, and inspections alongside senior techs, learning the plant's equipment as they go. Mechanical aptitude and reliability matter more than a long resume - the electrical depth and CMMS can be learned on the job.
