We are looking for a plumbing mechanic with 5+ years' experience in service, repair and installation work for water and sewer systems and drain cleaning.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Residential plumbing service & repair

• Water heater installation and replacement

• Sewer & water line repair/replacement

• Drain cleaning and troubleshooting

• Fixture and piping repairs

• Light commercial plumbing work

Skills

·       Plumbing knowledge: Strong understanding of water supply, drainage, venting, waste, gas, and fixture systems.

·       Pipe installation/repair: Ability to measure, cut, fit, join, solder, thread, crimp, and seal copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and other piping materials.

·       Diagnostic/troubleshooting: Ability to identify the causes of leaks, clogs, low water pressure, drainage problems, and equipment failures.

·       Fixture/equipment installation: Competence in installing and servicing toilets, sinks, faucets, pumps, valves, water heaters, etc.

·       Drain/sewer service: Experience clearing blockages and using drain machines, hydro-jetting equipment, inspection cameras.

·      Equipment proficiency: Safe, effective use of hand/power tools, testing instruments, pipe cutters, threading machines, and specialty equipment.

·       Testing/quality control: Ability to perform pressure, leak, flow, and operational tests and confirm that completed work is code compliant.

·       Workplace safety: Knowledge of personal protective equipment, confined-space precautions, hot-work procedures, gas-line safety, and hazard prevention.

·    Attention to detail: Careful workmanship when making connections, setting grades, sealing joints, and protecting surrounding property.

·       Communication: Ability to listen to customers, explain findings and repair options clearly, provide estimates, and maintain a professional manner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years plumbing experience (service strongly preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license and clean record

• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
