Responsibilities Assist in the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of electric motors and pumps. Learn motor repair, troubleshooting, and testing procedures. Clean, organize, and maintain shop equipment and work areas. Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist senior mechanics with repairs, winding, and installations. Follow all shop safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Basic hand tool experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. You must possess or be willing to acquire a basic mechanical tool set. Rate of pay is dependent on experience and ability.
