As an Appliance Repair Apprentice , you'll receive hands-on training from experienced technicians while building the skills needed for a long-term career. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and helping people get back to their daily routines. Excellent attendance, punctuality and positive attitude are essential for this position and our business.
Apprentice Essential Functions:
Assist senior technicians with diagnosing and repairing household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, etc.)
Learn to use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment
Provide excellent customer service during home visits
Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs
Participate in ongoing training, ride-along with senior technicians, and skill building sessions
Follow all safety and compliance protocols
Support additional service operations tasks as needed
Qualification Requirements:
High school graduate or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Clean background check and drug test
Reliable transportation
Basic mathematical skills and mechanical knowledge, including the use of a computer, tools, and test equipment
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, and follow instructions
Physical Demands:
The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, reach overhead, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must also be able to lift and/or move appliances up to 75lbs.

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $19.20/hr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
