SPARK is an innovative apprenticeship program designed to strengthen the early childhood education workforce in Forsyth County while creating sustainable career pathways for aspiring educators. Through structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and educational support, SPARK creates debt-free pathways to early childhood education credentials while you earn and learn.
