On-the-job training
- I. Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, isolate problems and perform repairs.
- II. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in start up assistance and testing of automation and controls systems.
- III. Troubleshoot maintenance systems such as hydraulics and pneumatics.
- IV. Proficiency in electrical installations for manufacturing equipment.
- V. PLC logic controls and programming with Allen-Bradley, GE Fanuc, and/or Siemens.
- VI. Operate robots when necessary to successfully troubleshoot robotic operations.
- VII. Process improvement and implement corrective actions.
