Develop operating strategies, detailed project plans, or procedures with designated project personnel
Participate in the development and/or update of project plans including information such as objectives with the various project components, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing
Participate in the proposal, review, and/or approval of modifications to current project plans.
Participate in vendor selection/evaluation and owner, architect/ contractor meetings
Participate in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project meetings and activities to meet deadlines
Communicate with team members to determine project requirements and objectives
Participate in the assignment of duties and work schedules of project personnel
Participate in the forward planning of project schedules and coordination with contractors/subcontractors.
Coordinate resource procurement activities.
Collaborate with team members in the negotiation process with project vendors/subcontractors to obtain resources and/or materials

Participate in the drafting of daily reports and punch lists using internal platforms to generate reports
Participate in the reporting of information to managers or other personnel
Assist in the reporting of project statuses; e.g., such as budgets, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction or concerns to project personnel
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
