    • Follow guidelines or policies per SOP of client profile for logistics processes.
  • Determine the booking requirements for transactions or shipments.
    • Determine equipment and booking requirements and communicating to the client about determination.
  • Arrange transport capacity.
    • Arrange transport capacity to minimize losses or inefficiencies associated with empty space.
