Responsibilities
Assist in vehicle inspections and diagnostics alongside experienced team members.
Perform standard maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Learn to troubleshoot and fix common vehicle issues under supervision.
Ensure all tools and work areas are organized and meet safety standards.
Participate in hand on training classes per schedule to enhance your automotive expertise
Commit to completing all learning and education requirements in addition to working on the job in a service center in your community.
Professionally communicate with AAG, dealership staff, mentors, and customers.
Skills
Mechanical Aptitude
Comfortable using power tools
Able to lift 50lb or more
Comfortable with technology and computers
Qualifications
- You must display professional communication and leadership
- Be a team player and have a willingness to learn with a great attitude
- Have some technical / mechanical skills or abilities (or can pass an aptitude test)

- GED or Diploma
Eligibility to Work Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license w/ acceptable driving history
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
